- Hours are consumed in 1/4 hour (15 minute) minimum increments.
- All hourly engagements require an initial non-refundable retainer of at least 25% of the anticipated fees for the engagement ($500 minimum). Client will be billed as hours need to be replenished. the minimum replenishment amount is $500 or the remainder of the expected fees for the engagement. Payment within 10 business days is required for work to continue.
- Flat fee engagements require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the fee ($100 minimum). The remainder of the fee is due before final documentation is submitted.
- All engagements require a signed engagement letter agreeing to the anticipated cost and responsibilities for all parties
Discounts on hourly rates may be applied for larger cases
- Any incurred expenses will be charged against the retainer paid on hourly engagements.
- All engagement require timely participation of the client and the production of required documentation.
